And finally...the first corn tortilla comes to Garage. Annit, my highly skilled pizza maker, has made the transition to tortilla maker. Had a taco using the Garage chili and it was darn good. Just the beginning. Stay tuned.

would be very interested to know where you can get Maseca in Cambodia. I'm in Phnom Penh for 1 more day (in from Siem Reap where you can't get corn tortillas anywhere!) Please help a frijolera out!

You can always get fresh made tortillas at my bar Garage. Store bought ones can be had (at Veggies for example) but not very good. Bayon and Thai Huot markets both carry Maseca on a when-we-feel-like-it basis.
